About:

Sessions with Brian include kettlebells, weight training, plyometric drills, TRX leveraged body weight training, and everything in between. You will learn something new each workout. You will be pushed, you will be sore, but it is well worth it once you start seeing those changes.

Growing up, Brian was a three sport athlete in high school, playing basketball and soccer, while running for the track team in the off season. He carried over his active and healthy lifestyle to Michigan State University while studying Communications. He has been passionate about health and fitness for as long as he can remember and loves helping others reach their goals and create healthy habits.

Fun Fact: Brian is an avid climber and has reached four of the highest peaks in the country since 2005.
