Evolution Strength and Conditioning is a private training facility that offers personal training, small group fitness classes, and private access memberships. We are much different that your traditional big box globo gym in that we care about results. People can sign up at most gyms and pay monthly dues and show up whenever they want, and do whatever they want. We are much different.
We offer 3 fitness options for our members/clients...
Our training program allows clients to work one on one in a semi private setting with our personal trainers. No membership is required. Trainer will meet with potential clients to discuss past training experience, goals, and other relevant information (medical concerns, past injuries, family history etc). Clients that move forward then schedule workouts with their trainer (generally 2x/week). These workouts are designed to help clients reach their individual fitness goals (fat loss, increase lean muscle, sport performance, general fitness etc). Supplement guidance and nutritional support is provided as part of this program. Your first session is on me. Sessions start at $75/hr for Evolution members ($100/hr non-member).
Small Group Fitness Classes
Another viable option would be to participate in any of our fitness classes scheduled throughout the week. These aren't your regular barre method/pilates type classes. These classes are designed to help burn calories, build muscle, and increase overall cardio conditioning. Classes range from $10-15/class. Price breaks are given to folks who purchase a block of classes upfront.

Private Access Memberships
Purchasing a private access membership allows each member/client full use of the facility during open gym hours (generally Monday-Friday from 5am-11pm and Sat/Sun 8am-5pm). This is a great option to complete your fitness solution. Personal training clients can utilize the facility in between personal training sessions. Regulars of the small group fitness programs can add 1-2 more days per week of additional strength training/cardio activity to further progress towards their goals. Memberships start at $85/month for a month-to-month option or $75/month on a 12 month agreement. We offer a discount for folks who join with a friend/spouse/partner for $65/month per person on a month to month membership.
